Mwnt is approximately 5 miles North West from Cardigan and is situated along one of the most outstanding beautiful stretches of coastline in West Wales.
The headland of Mwnt is owned and maintained by the National Trust and overlooks a sheltered beach which is excellent for families. There is an old 13th century church and spectacular scenic views of Cardigan Island and the coastline from the top of the hill of Mwnt. From the cliff top walks, this area is renowned to have frequent sightings of bottlenose dolphins, seals and porpoise.
Other wildlife can also be seen. For example, foxes are a regularly seen in the nearby fields most mornings and for keen bird enthusiasts it is a good location to identifying some marvellous birds which can be found along the Ceredigion coast.
Mwnt Cottages is located in the heart of Mwnt itself, and is an ideal location for visitors wishing for a quiet holiday in Wales. For walking enthusiasts, the cottages are in an ideal situation for close access to the Ceredigion coastal path at Mwnt. The Aberporth to Mwnt walk is especially delightful offering a sense of tranquility and some breathtaking, previously unseen, scenic views of Mwnt hill from the enthralling high cliffs on the final approach to Mwnt.

If golf is more your palette. Cardigan golf course is only 3 mile drive down the coast, offering an excellent 18 hole links course.
From the cottages our customer can view all of Mwnt’s spectacular scenery and coastline. The cottage has panoramic views of Cardigan Bay and you can experience some wonderful sunsets over the Bay.
On warm summer evenings, these sunsets can be a sensational backdrop to a romantic meal on the cottages roomy decking. Barbecue facilities are also available should you wish to have a more social occasion with the family or friends.
